High-Strength Spun Piles for Marine and Infrastructure Foundations

Precast piles engineered for durability, uniformity, and rapid installation.

Overview

Factory-Controlled Strength. Field Reliability.

Spun piles are precast concrete hollow piles manufactured using a high-speed centrifugal spinning process. This centrifugal force compresses high-strength concrete against cylindrical steel molds, expelling excess water and producing a dense, uniform, low-permeability concrete pile section.

Spun piles are ideal for aggressive marine environments, high water table zones, and projects demanding strict factory-controlled pile quality with rapid site installation schedules.
