Urban Mass Transit Tunnel Launch Shaft
Executed overlapping triple-fluid jet grout columns to create a watertight bottom plug and headwall block for TBM breakthrough.
High-pressure soil replacement and in-situ grouting solutions engineered to increase load-bearing capacity, seal groundwater ingress, and support deep urban excavations.
Jet grouting is an advanced ground treatment technique that uses high-velocity fluid jets to erode soil and simultaneously mix it with a cementitious binder. This process constructs dense, highly impermeable in-situ soil-cement columns or continuous cut-off panels directly beneath the surface.
Deployable in almost all soil geologies, jet grouting provides targeted ground improvement for deep excavation support, underpinning existing foundations, controlling groundwater seepage, and constructing tunnel launch shafts.
