Role: Lead high-stakes piling and retention contracts from mobilization to pile testing. Manage site teams, drive strict schedules, and act as GRIMTECH’s primary technical lead for Tier-1 EPC clients.

Core Focus: Field Execution, QA/QC & Rig Supervision

Role: Direct daily piling, borehole drilling, cage placement, and concreting. Verify execution against approved structural drawings and ensure every pile shaft meets precise engineering tolerances.

Core Focus: Crew Leadership & Hydraulic Rig Operations

Role: Lead front-line piling crews across bored cast-in-situ, CFA, and heavy rigs. Oversee casing driving, cage lowering, and continuous concreting to maximize daily meterage safely.

Core Focus: Daily Progress, Labor Tracking & Material Flow

Role: Manage jobsite logistics, crew deployment, and material usage. Coordinate between rig operators, batching plants, and site labor to eliminate machine downtime.

Core Focus: Site Safety, Hazard Mitigation & Code Compliance

Role: Enforce zero-downtime HSE protocols across deep piling and D-wall operations. Conduct daily risk audits, run toolbox talks, and ensure full compliance with IS and international safety codes.

Core Focus: Material Testing, Shaft Integrity & Quality Standards

Role: Oversee quality control for concrete, bentonite slurry, grout sampling, and pile integrity testing (PIT/CSL). Maintain full QA/QC documentation for client sign-off.

Core Focus: Workforce Acquisition & Site Staffing

Role: Manage end-to-end HR operations, focusing on sourcing and mobilizing specialized geotechnical talent, rig crews, and site engineers across corporate and project locations.

Core Focus: Project Billing, Vendor Accounts & Site Admin

Role: Handle project billing cycles, vendor payments, client invoicing, and site admin. Track operational costs and maintain clear financial reporting between HQ and field offices.

Core Focus: Material Control & Equipment Spares

Role: Manage on-site stores, tracking inventory for drilling tools, hydraulic spares, bentonite, and consumables. Prevent stockouts and enforce strict asset-tracking protocols.

Core Focus: Heavy Hydraulic Rig Operations & Drilling Precision

Role: Operate high-capacity hydraulic rotary rigs (Casagrande, Sany, etc.) for deep foundation piling and rock socketing, executing precision drilling under strict site safety guidelines.
